Warehouse Administrative Assistant – Seagraves, TX
We are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Seagraves, TX . This position is ideal for someone with basic office experience who is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with management.
Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic administrative and office duties
- Coordinate with managers on daily reports and operational updates
- Enter and maintain accurate information and records
- Assist with paperwork, filing, and general warehouse documentation
- Communicate with warehouse staff and management as needed
- Provide general administrative support for day-to-day warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Basic computer and office skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work Monday–Saturday
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
