H&M Sales Advisor – Shoppes of the Bluegrass About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers, actively sell products, and offer garment refill and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information, support garment presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. You’ll collaborate closely with your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, welcoming customers and guiding them through the store. Engage customers in conversations to encourage sales and support the OMNI experience. Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas. Effectively promote and sell our products to customers. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with store management. Keep up to date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and influencers. Share product and fashion knowledge with customers and colleagues. Retain and share service and operational knowledge with teammates. Follow all procedures, routines, legal requirements, H&S guidelines, and store policies. Provide feedback with colleagues to foster development. Participate in onboarding, training, and courses relevant to the role. Complete garment care cycle, ensure good garment care, and maintain presentation. Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice. Support garment presentation, visual merchandising, and clear display of trends. Maintain stock levels with replenishment routines. Use in‑store technology such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc. Assist with opening and closing the store. Qualifications & Attributes Passionate about fashion and delivering a great customer experience. Communicative, creative, curious, and action‑oriented. Flexible, decisive, with a strong sense of motivation. Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Prior sales experience in fashion, retail, or customer‑service related industries.
