Client Services Manager

In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs. Responsibilities Assisting Advisors and Partners in daily operations and developing a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures Researching unique and complex situations as they arise Establishing a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and Advisors Coordinating account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets Populating and maintaining systems data and client files Verifying client account cash balances, generating and reviewing monthly available cash report Remaining well-informed of financial markets, global events, and general economic happenings Assist with the development of client presentations Assist different committees with agendas and various action items Client communication Qualifications 2-3 years of work experience Required Skills Self starter and ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple projects at once Positive attitude and ability to interact with internal and external clients Ability to come into the office on a regular basis Must be authorized to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr Accounting Resources
