This isn’t about coordinating others’ work - it’s about being the owner of quality, driver of schedules, and solver of complex challenges on architecturally significant projects. Key Responsibilities Drive all aspects of project delivery including buyout, scheduling, cost control, and quality management Lead weekly OAC meetings that produce decisions, not just discussions Conduct pre-installation meetings to ensure quality before work begins Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders with focus on constructability Build and maintain trust and strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners Ensure projects hit schedule milestones and budget targets without compromise to quality Communicate proactively - nobody should ever wonder about project status Develop your team and trade partners to deliver at the highest level Conduct pre-installation meetings that prevent rework and ensure quality Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs with an eye for constructability and coordination Identify and resolve conflicts before they impact the field Provide innovative solutions when site conditions or design challenges arise Develop and maintain schedules that reflect reality while pushing for efficiency Track costs with the same rigor you’d apply to your own money What Success Looks Like Think Like a Builder: Understand constructability deeply and catch issues before they hit the field Operate with Urgency: Stay ahead of the project naturally, preventing fires instead of fighting them Lead With Initiative: Don't wait for someone to tell you what to do, follow up until you get the answer you need and drive progress without someone driving you Set High Standards: Know the difference between good and exceptional - and always deliver exceptional What Sets RGGC Apart Meaningful Projects: Historic renovations, architecturally significant buildings, complex restorations Intense but Supportive: High expectations paired with real leadership support True Ownership: Autonomy to run your projects while being held to exceptional standards Best Place to Work: Consistently recognized because we invest in our people’s success Ideal Qualifications 3-5+ years Project Manager experience with a General Contractor Deep technical construction knowledge, not just scheduling skills Natural owner mentality - you care without being told to Excellent communicator who responds with urgency and clarity Decision maker who moves fast and owns outcomes Thrives in high-expectation environments where excellence is the minimum standard Knows when to ask for help, avoids suffering in silence If you are ready to tackle on-going challenges with a positive attitude, you might be a good fit for RGGC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
