Mandatory Experience:

• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
• Day Shift 5 x 8s; 8:30am to 5pm (30 minute lunch). Typically, Monday - Friday with 1 full weekend shift per month. Will consider Tue - Sat.
• 6 months experience in inpatient psych that includes kids, teens, and adults.
• Certification in either CTRS, or Drama Therapy (preferred), or certified/registered Music Therapy, of certified/registered Art Therapy, or certified/registered Movement/Dance Therapy, or Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT with a specialization in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, or TCTSY-F).
• Social worker, LMFT or even an addictions counselor can be a fit, as long as they are willing to have their focus on therapeutic recreation.
