Your expertise will ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and support ongoing staff development through evidence‑based approaches like Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). A minimum of two years in the administration of behavioral health services, complemented by five years of clinical experience working with psychiatric and co‑occurring disorders, will set candidates up for success. Additionally, strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills are paramount, as you will be overseeing program directors and fostering collaborative interdisciplinary care. A valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean five‑year driving record that meets organizational standards is also necessary for this impactful position.
