Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Location: North Haven, CT Onsite
Job Description:
- Lead manufacturing engineering activities for medical device production.
- Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows.
- Support process validation, RCA, CAPA, PFMEA, and quality improvements.
- Investigate manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience required.
- Strong process validation, RCA/CAPA, and process improvement experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma and PFMEA preferred.
