Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL) – Psoriatic Disease (Director) Job Overview Based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, this role leads global medical affairs strategy, clinical‑commercial optimization and lifecycle planning for icotrokinra and pipeline assets. The GMAL collaborates closely with Regional Medical Affairs, GMA Strategy and Execution, and Clinical Development to develop integrated medical strategies and cross‑regional plans supporting asset development and worldwide execution. Responsibilities Develop and lead global medical affairs strategies and plans aligned with prioritized regional needs. Collaborate closely with Regional Medical Affairs for alignment on plans and decisions. Lead global publication strategy and planning, including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters. Oversee global KOL communications and speaker development. Review scientific materials to ensure alignment with strategy and communication quality. Lead global opinion leader engagement and advisory boards across therapeutic areas. Represent medical affairs on Safety Management Teams, Compound Development Teams, and Global Commercial Teams. Oversee global medical activities, including launch activities, congresses, and symposia. Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson compliance standards. Review Medical Information Core Responses. Qualifications / Requirements Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required. Minimum of 8 years of combined relevant experience in a medical/clinical environment and/or scientific function in the pharmaceutical industry. Global medical affairs experience strongly preferred. Therapeutic expertise in dermatology highly preferred. Established network with therapeutic‑area opinion leaders preferred. Launch experience preferred. Ability to lead matrixed, cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of clinical study methodology, data interpretation, and benefit‑risk management. Ethical decision‑making and ability to innovate in complex environments. Up to 25% domestic and international travel. Work Arrangement This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remotely per week.
