What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems
• Follow manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about the installation process
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Ensure high-quality workmanship aligned with Fante's standards

What You Need

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (preferred)
• EPA Certification (required)
• NATE Certification (a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and outdoor environments
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
