Crew Member – Batch Ice Cream Shop

Batch is officially open, and we’re looking for more great people to join our crew!

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, dependable team members who enjoy working with people and want to be part of a fast-paced, growing local business.

At Batch, we serve handcrafted small-batch ice cream, authentic gelato, and refreshing sorbet made in-house with premium ingredients. Our goal is simple: serve an exceptional product and give every customer a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.

As a Batch Crew Member, you’ll:

• Welcome and interact with customers
• Offer samples and help guests choose flavors
• Scoop and serve ice cream, gelato, and sorbet
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked
• Restock cups, cones, napkins, and other supplies
• Help with opening and closing responsibilities
• Work together with the crew to keep things running smoothly

Available Shifts

1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Our evening shift is a great option for students looking for an after-school job.

Pay

Starting pay: $16–$18 per hour + tips

Cash tips can be taken home daily.

Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required . We provide paid training and will teach you what you need to know.
