divh2Job Summary/h2pPerform all necessary repairs to VLT machines, change machines, signs, and VLT monitoring equipment, and also rebuild and repair all VLT parts, tools and related equipment./ph2How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h2ulliPromote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/employees of Scioto Downs./liliTroubleshoot and repair any VLT machine and related equipment including all circuit boards without assistance./liliResponsible for the initial set-up and check-out of new VLT machines, ensures the machines are in proper working condition./liliPerform floor repair and preventative maintenance of all VLT machines, including cleaning machines and overhauls./liliObserve all policies and procedures./liliMaintain the integrity of the VLT machine equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times./liliResponsible for the security of keys, radios, tools, and gaming related licenses and player tracking cards from check-in to check-out. Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly; i.e., meal books and repair logs, etc./liliWork with Technical Shift Managers, VLT Shift Managers, Representative and Supervisors to insure VLT machines, change machines, and all related equipment are in proper working order and all customer needs are satisfied./liliComplete VLT machine repair slips and related repair logs; i.e., CPU, I/O and parts sign out sheets. Perform renovations or changes in the VLT Department area. Tag repairable parts noting appropriate information./liliCirculate through the assigned area replacing broken or burned out bulbs, rubbing reels, etc./liliWill advise Technical Manager in developing/teaching advanced electronic repairs./liliAssist patrons by explaining club membership, application form, the benefits and how the card works at the slot machine. Assist other floor personnel when advanced troubleshooting skills are required./liliPrepare daily reports to the members of VLT Management./liliConduct inventory of parts used by technicians on assigned shift./liliRepair and prepare replacement component devices for the vlts./liliPossess the capabilities to make a spectrum of repairs, from computer boards and touch screens, to latches, locks, and doors./liliBe eager and willing to learn new skills./liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulh2What You Will Need/h2ulliMust possess an advanced knowledge of electronics and computer systems./liliExcellent troubleshooting skills for all related slot equipment changes, cage equipment, computer and networks./liliAbility to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing./liliAbility to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
