What You'll Do:
- Greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and create accurate service estimates.
- Monitor vehicle progress, communicate updates to customers, and ensure timely completion.
- Oversee technicians, track job progress, and manage parts ordering.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Contribute to the profitability of the shop through sales and promotions.
- Maintain a professional image and a clean, organized work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
