Posted 4 days ago | Apply before November 6, 2026 Description We are currently looking for aFull Time Customer Service Representativeto join our General Manager, Bedre Manufacturing team located at the Bedre Fine Chocolate Retail and Manufacturing Facility Summary Greet and assists patrons in the purchasing of items available for sale, accepting cash and change. Responsible for providing highest level of customer service and providing the winning experience. Responsibilities Acts as a brand ambassador by learning the Belgian Chocolate making heritage and the array of delicious products so customer questions can be expertly addressed and suggest the right products to fulfil needs and create memories Answers the phone, transfers call, takes messages and screens calls per guidelines for areas served Responds to inquiries, compliments and/or complaints regarding the organization’s services Provides product and services information to customers and vendors to assist with the selection of products to increase sales and provides best possible service to ensure customers’ needs are met and callers are answered or resolved Receives and enters orders received via fax, telephone, or internet into Great Plains inventory control program Enters data entry accurately and timely to avoid discrepancies and delays in order processing Creates, reviews, and distributes customer invoices ensuring accuracy Handles routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel Resolves customer billing issues or questions and acts as a liaison between organization and its customers and suppliers Maintains the company calendar by recording items such as group tours or special events Ensures wholesale customers are set up with a client file and they contain the necessary or required information and documents Oversees the vehicle fleet, to include issuing vehicles, submitting required documents, and providing monthly vehicle reports to corporate manager Acts as liaison between internal and/or external individuals and/or groups Maintains management’s calendar of appointments and staff meetings Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment Maintains and promotes professionalism Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area Competencies Essential: Able to follow instructions, both written and oral Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements Extreme customer-focused behavior Ability to portray a positive image to guests Must be detail-oriented Ability to work independently Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines Ability to multitask Define problems, collect data and establish facts Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management Experience Essential: 1 year directly related experience Education Essential: High School, GED or Equivalent Credentials Essential: Pass general background check Standard Driver's License Safe Quality Food Certification Good Manufacturing Practices Certification Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Certification Working Conditions Essential: Works in an office setting Fast-paced environment Point-of-sale equipment Intent to sell, increase sales, excellent service Use computer up to 75% of shift Hand-eye coordination, reach and grasp Manual dexterity Listening and hearing ability Visual acuity for detail, distance, color, depth perception Sometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbs Sitting up to 75% of shift Standing up to 75% of shift Walking up to 75% of shift Pass pre-employment drug test Training It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
