ServiceMaster DSI is the largest ServiceMaster franchise in the world, providing restoration services in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning. As a Restoration Technician, your role includes: Driving a company vehicle to customer locations. Executing work to meet or exceed federal, state, local regulations, and quality standards, while providing excellent customer service. Becoming proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement. Responding to water jobs and initiating water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
