Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatrics - Travel

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Administer and monitor response to medications
• Direct patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel
• Utilize nursing process to maintain accurate patient records
• Document and communicate patient assessment data
• Assume role of charge nurse and resource person as needed
• Participate in monitoring quality and appropriateness of care
• Maintain confidentiality and represent hospital standards

Requirements of the RN - Pediatrics - Travel

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Recent Pediatric experience within 2 years in an acute care facility preferred
• Pediatric certification preferred
• BSN preferred
