Job Details

• Provide critical care nursing for ICU patients using sound clinical judgment.
• Float to similar units as needed.
• McLaren has a strict attendance policy: any traveler who is absent from a scheduled shift or arrives more than 20 minutes late three times may be terminated, except in approved circumstances such as hospitalization or a communicable illness with supporting documentation.

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (floating experience does not count).
• EKG experience required.
• Must be willing to float to similar units.
• Experience with Neuro ICU, CVICU, or Trauma preferred.
• Vent management experience preferred.
• CRRT and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump experience preferred.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active Michigan RN license at the time of submission.
• Completed RN skills checklist (within the last year) required.
