Requirements / Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a Special Education endorsement or in a related field. Possession of a teacher's license from any state, or the willingness to pursue licensure. Experience with or a strong interest in working with special needs students within a neurodiverse environment. Adaptability in teaching methods to accommodate a wide range of learning disabilities and strengths. A strong commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing educational environment for all students.
