We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator / Event Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. The right candidate will confidently communicate with patients in person and over the phone while supporting both front office operations and community events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes
• Coordinate and confirm new patient event attendees through calls, texts, and email communication
• Qualify prospective patients and ensure appointments are properly scheduled
• Assist with event setup, organization, seating coordination, and community outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate scheduling, patient records, and communication logs
• Perform patient and event follow-up communication
• Support daily office operations in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding patient care and customer service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain efficient and composed in a high-energy office setting
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with patients both in person and over the phone
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with EHR systems, spreadsheets, and data entry
• Self-motivated problem solver who takes initiative and stays ahead of tasks
• Previous experience in front desk operations, patient coordination, marketing, or event coordination preferred
