Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time O&M Specialist for the 2026-2027 School Year. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by supporting learners with visual impairments through tailored instruction and individualized strategies. You’ll help create an inclusive, supportive classroom while partnering with educators, specialists, and families to ensure each student’s needs are met. **Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (Up to $58/hour) + steady school-year schedule* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses**What You’ll Do*** Implement IEPs, individualized interventions, and classroom accommodations* Build a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment* Collaborate with school-based Exceptional Children's/Special Education teams, behavior specialists, and families* Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and team planning sessions**What We’re Looking For*** **MUST HAVE Orientation and Mobility Specialist Certification*** **Must be able to submit college transcripts*** School-based experience preferred, not required### **About Ampersand Therapy** Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
