We are seeking a Lead Assembler who can combine technical knowledge with a passion for developing people and supporting team success.This position serves as a hands-on working leader who helps train, coach, and support production team members while actively participating in assembly operations. The Lead Assembler plays a key role in maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.Position OverviewAs a Lead Assembler, you will act as the day-to-day leader for a production team, supporting Assemblers, Mechanical Assemblers, and Wiring Assemblers.
