Licensed Massage Therapist

Guaranteed pay for the first month is $1000 per pay period for 20 bookable hours per week, including 2 weekend days per month. Guaranteed pay for the first month is also $1500 per pay period for 30 bookable hours per week, including 2 weekend days per month. Compensation is based on metrics, experience, and schedule.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Responsibilities

Active TX Massage Therapy License is needed for this role. Responsibilities include proficiency in Swedish massage, knowledge of other modalities preferred, treating clients in a professional caring manner, developing and proposing client treatment plans, providing guidance and information about the benefits of massage, maintaining detailed treatment records electronically, adherence to state licensing laws and regulations, carrying liability insurance, and effective communication with clients, spa management, and staff.

As a team member, you will comply with local and state massage therapist licensing laws and regulations, be a strong team player, have excellent customer service skills and work ethic, maintain a professional manner, discretion, and appearance.

Job types include full-time and part-time with schedule options of 8-hour shifts, day shifts, and evening shifts. Supplemental pay types include quarterly bonus pay, commission pay, and tips. Compensation is $30.00 - $68.00 per hour.
