Visual Merchandising Associate - Scottsdale Gallery

Summary Curating Associate focused on executing visual merchandising and gallery presentation for a luxury home furnishings brand. The role supports gallery leadership and corporate partners to elevate client experience, drive sales, and maintain visual integrity across the Scottsdale Gallery. The position requires refined taste, polished appearance, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to merchandise presentation. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets while upholding visual integrity of the gallery Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets, quality and visual standards Read and audit planograms and visual maps and provide creative input on directives Work with leadership, curators and corporate partners to execute creative vision and elevate client experience Continuously drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and perform related tracking tasks Learn and communicate the design ethos, product assortment and product care Requirements 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field Excellent technical ability to leverage platforms to track inventory and request replacements Strategic, highly organized and results oriented with meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems with cross functional partnerships Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
