Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and effective care to patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN licensure in the state where practice occurs.
• Completion of required competency testing and health screenings.
• CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required by the position.
