Desired Background & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in the state required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative services to students from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
• Document progress, report on outcomes, and contribute to IEP meetings as required
• Participate in school-based events, professional development, and ongoing team collaboration
