Portfolio Analysis & Integration SME

OverviewVTG is seeking a Portfolio Analysis & Integration SME to join our team in Bethesda, MD. This position is responsible for conducting analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines. Duties may include providing research and assistance with implementation of community policies and guidance. Employees may also support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.What will you do?Basic Requirements:Portfolio Management Experience - Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and ServicesStrategic Planning Experience – support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and prioritiesMake recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issuesAssist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executivesCommunicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiencesExtensive experience in collaboration across multiple entitiesDo you have what it takes?Basic Qualifications:TS/SCI with Polygraph requireRequires BS degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experienceDraft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skillsKnowledge of portfolio, program, and project management disciplineFamiliarity with planning, programing, Budgeting, and execution disciplineKnowledge of key performance indicatorsStrong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skillsWork with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing prioritiesProduce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Develop program assessment processes and methodologiesTracking, reporting key progress on, and analyzing cost, schedule, risk and performanceMonitoring investment complianceDeveloping business cases, concepts of operations, and memoranda agreementsMonitoring, forecasting, evaluating, and assessing programmatic trends and relationshipsDeveloping and maintaining project plans and schedulesDeveloping integration and transition plansConducting quality reviews of products and servicesFamiliarity with Counterintelligence toolsRecent experience in the ICPay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $190,000-$220,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
