Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills (scheduling, reporting, POS systems)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment
• ServSafe or food safety certification
• Proven success leading teams to hit sales and operational goals
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Experience with inventory systems and POS platforms

• Ensure every order meets Wingstop’s quality, speed, and safety standards
• Own inventory management—track, order, and reduce waste to maximize efficiency and profit
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members to grow performance and confidence
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and shift reporting with accuracy and urgency
• Drive sales through smart execution, promotions, and upselling opportunities
