Machine Adjuster Trainee

Train to become a full Machine Adjuster in a fast-paced envelope manufacturing environment. Great for mechanically skilled candidates with relevant experience. Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs and availability. Pay & Schedule* 19.77/hr - 21.78/hr + applicable shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts
*1st shift: 7am - 3pm
* 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm
* 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am
* Availability to train on any shift
* Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed What You'll Do
* Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
* Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
* Monitor quality and machine performance
* Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures What You Need
* 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience
* Strong attention to detail and safety
* Basic math and computer skills
* Reliable and eager to learn Physical Requirements
* Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs
* Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents
