Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Adult Primary Care - Mesa, AZ A well-known and stable primary care clinic in Mesa is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its adult primary care team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday–Friday outpatient role with strong support, excellent clinicians, and a clinic environment known for quality care and a strong reputation. This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2–3 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience are preferred. Highlights $120,000–$150,000 base salary plus bonus potential Adult-only primary care patient population Limited to no call Stable, reputable clinic with excellent clinicians and support staff Full benefits package Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and sick time 401(k) Malpractice coverage CME stipend Additional benefits available What You’ll Do Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and wellness visits Manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing Develop treatment plans and provide patient education Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support continuity of care in a team-based clinic setting What We’re Looking For Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States FNP or PA certification, as applicable Interest in adult primary care Strong communication and patient care skills New graduates welcome 2–3 years of primary care experience preferred Why This Role Is Worth a Look This is a strong fit for a provider who wants the stability of an established clinic, the support of a high-quality team, and the lifestyle benefits of a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule.
