Certified Surgical Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced certified surgical technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified OR/surgical technologist in a surgical environment.
• Experience working in a hospital operating room setting.
• Client requirement: ability to work a 4x10 schedule with start time 07:00 and end time 15:30.
• Must be able to start as soon as available through the assignment window provided by the client.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume surgical department.
• Experience with sterile field setup and instrument handling for general and specialty procedures.

Assignment Details

• Shift days: Monday through Friday schedule reflected as a 4x10 pattern with hours 07:00–15:30.
• Expected hours: 40 per week.
• Must be able to work within a hospital environment and float to other facilities if required by the client.
