Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional nursing care, focusing on adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses including fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, and congestive heart failure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a Medical-Surgical setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous Med Surg experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
