• Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $225,000 ‚Äì $320,000 with ability to

### Position Details\n
• Full-time with dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling
\n
• 4.5-day work week
\n
• Average 18 patients per day; no nights or weekends
\n
• Dedicated roomer, shared phone nurse, attached to the hospital with lab and X-ray
\n
• Office services and procedures: cryotherapy, ear flush, and open to additional procedures
\n
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR across clinics and hospitals
Call Schedule: \n
• After-hours outpatient call only
\n
• 1 weekend per month and 1‚Äì2 nights per month
\n
• Calls triaged by MyNurse
### Qualifications\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Board Certified in Pediatrics
\n
• Pediatric experience preferred
\n
• Unrestricted Iowa medical license
\n
• Unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications
\n
• Eligible to work in the United States
\n
• J-1 and H1B sponsorship available
