Job Description Cost Analyst, Senior\n The Opportunity: \n \n \nAs a cost analyst, you're passionate about uncovering the story behind the numbers through diving into the root cause of a challenge, analyzing data, and developing recommendations that drive smarter decisions. We need an analyst like you to help our Navy clients solve complex problems and support program analysis and performance.\n \n \nOn our team supporting Navy acquisitions, you'll evaluate data and develop analytical approaches to support cost estimation, finan cia l modeling, and program assessment. You'll help shape data-driven strategies using met hods such as statistical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, lifecycle cost estimation, and what-if scenario modeling, to deliver actionable insights.\n \n \nJoin us. The world can't wait.\n \n You Have: \n \n \n 8 years of experience with cost estimating, cost analysis, or finan cia l analysis \n Experience with data collection and cost model development \n Experience using Micro sof t Office products such as Excel or PowerPoint \n Experience with Work Breakdown Structures ( WBSs ) and inflation or escalation \n Experience with analysis and estimates supporting government procurement and acquisition processes \n Experience leading a team, allocating work, and managing team priorities and deadlines \n Experience identifying cost analysis requirements, developing short and long- term tasking schedules, providing key insights and recommendations from analysis results, and developing high-level briefings \n Ability to work on-site up to 3 days a week \n Secret clearance \n Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics \n \n Nice If You Have: \n \n \n Experience with business and proposal development \n Experience with Micro sof t Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Ball, Python, R, or AI tools \n Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills \n Possession of excellent teamwork and collaboration skills \n International Cost Estimating and Analysis Asso cia tion ( ICEAA ) Certified Cost Estimator and Analyst ( CCE / A ) Certification \n \n Clearance: \n \n \nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. \n \n Compensation \n \n \nAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
