Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements: * Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. A bachelor's degree is preferred; an associate's degree is required. * Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive or renew). * Current CPR or BLS certification. * Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors, and staff. Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect. * Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
