Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR opportunity with attractive pay and modern trucks? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% of our operations being drop and hook. This minimizes dock waiting times and enhances operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on their hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base rate is between $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM, complemented by a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary running area is east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
