Supervisor, Operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and manage team members to achieve operational targets

• Collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives and maintain safety standards

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 3 years manufacturing operations experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
• Pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred

Compensation: $83,300–$125,000 base, plus variable annual bonus
