HR Operations & Compliance Manager

The City of Columbia is seeking an administrative professional to support the Human Resources department in daily operations. The role focuses on professional customer service, data entry, reporting, and coordination with city staff and the public. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting with budget preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, and responding to inquiries.
