CT Tech/X-Ray Position

Travel/local contract CT Tech/X-Ray position offers up to $2,650 per week for a 13-week assignment in Madison, Georgia. The role supports both CT and X-ray imaging in a hospital or community setting, with a pathway to permanent placement. Candidates must hold ARRT certifications and a Georgia license, and bring recent independent imaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform CT scans and routine diagnostic X-ray procedures following departmental protocols.
2. Produce high-quality images for physician interpretation by verifying patient preparation, positioning, and technique settings.
3. Maintain strict compliance with radiation safety standards, infection control procedures, and imaging protocol requirements.
4. Document imaging workflow activities accurately and communicate any image quality or patient-related concerns promptly.
5. Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and nursing staff to support efficient patient throughput and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or equivalent accredited program.
• ARRT (CT) certification required.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• Active Georgia state license required.
• Recent experience performing CT scans independently and producing diagnostic-quality images.
• Recent experience performing general diagnostic X-ray procedures independently.
• Experience working in a hospital or community imaging department where both CT and X-ray services are performed.
• Ability to read both CT and X-ray images.
• Open to a temp-to-perm transition.
• Housing not provided; candidates must review housing options prior to being shortlisted.
