Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution. \n Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is required. \n A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of developing treatment plans and documenting clinical case notes. \n Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients to support a therapeutic alliance. \n Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective therapy delivery and documentation. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document therapy sessions and manage client information efficiently. \n Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to tailor approaches based on individual client needs. \n Experience working with diverse populations in a community health setting is highly desirable. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this LPC position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
