Provide technical leadership and daily manufacturing support for multiple product families, focusing on product quality, cost reduction, process optimization, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, qualify components, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. Support process validation, manufacturing process development, equipment improvements, and operational excellence initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Root cause analysis, troubleshooting, CAPA, and continuous improvement

• Process validation, component qualification, and equipment improvements

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, project management, technical communication, and cross-functional leadership

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
\n
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in medical devices or other regulated industries
\n
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
\n
• Experience with root cause investigations, process improvements, and cross-functional project execution
\n

Additional Skills

\n

\n
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred
\n
• Ability to collaborate with Production, Quality, Operations, Supplier Quality, and Engineering teams
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost reduction
\n
