Pharmacy Manager
\nColorado Openings- Denver, Pueblo, Grand Junction, Montrose, Aurora, Parker, Loveland, Englewood, Vail, Steamboat Springs, and more.
\nOur client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, and ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
\nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff. \n
- Manage workflow, scheduling, inventory, and pharmacy performance. \n
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations. \n
- Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding patient service. \n
- Monitor third-party billing, audits, and insurance issues. \n
- Build relationships with local providers and support community health initiatives. \n
- Coach, develop, and evaluate pharmacy team members. \n
- Drive operational, financial, and clinical goals. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing. \n
- Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited U.S. school of pharmacy. \n
- 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience. \n
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred. \n
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. \n
