MDR is looking for an amazingly skilled and talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.What You'll Be Doing:Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communicationDevelop tools and processes to capture relevant metricsEvaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or statusEvaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testingWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Master's Degree and 12+ years of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree and 20+ years of experienceActive Secret clearanceExtensive MDA (or DoW) ExperienceExtensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)Excellent organization and communication skillsExperience with systems integration What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)Experience briefing and interacting with senior leadersExperience developing digital tools or dashboardsPosition RequirementsClearance RequiredSecretPosition LevelPrincipalFT/PTFull TimeYears Related Work Experience20Education Level Required4-yr.Mission Driven Research is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.
