Payroll Tax Consultant

Collaborating with team members in a full-time remote capacity, the Payroll Tax Consultant will manage client relationships, lead projects, and provide payroll tax consulting and guidance to improve client processes. Key responsibilities: Assist leadership in managing specific client relationships and projects, including task management and billing Provide payroll tax consulting, guidance, and support for clients, including M&A and audit services Engage with taxing authorities to resolve client matters and manage tax risk effectively Required qualifications: Relevant payroll tax consulting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products Experience managing client tax deadlines Experience analyzing payroll data and tax forms Familiarity with tax legislation, IRS rules/regulations, and general tax research
