Internet Sales Consultant

Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive compensation package with Internet Consultant's income averaging approx. $125,000 in 2025. Ranging from $70,000 to $185,000+ per year. In addition to the base salary, this role includes a 0% commission pay scale with additional incentives based on volume and customer satisfaction. Job Summary: The Internet Sales Consultant at Jeff Belzer Auto Group in Roseville, Minnesota is a vital role in the company's sales team. This individual will be responsible for handling an average of 100+ new inquiries each month through online channels and providing excellent customer service to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing customers through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Educate customers on the latest vehicles, features, and financing options available.
• Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the management team to fulfill transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend and participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in customer-direct sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing various online channels for sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and a favorable driving record.
