Auditor

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to help a busy logistics operation run with greater accuracy, safety, and efficiency? We are looking for a proactive Auditor to examine and evaluate warehouse processes, inventory controls, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role is on 2nd shift in a professional, team-oriented environment where your findings make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct audits of warehouse and transportation processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational activities, from receiving to shipping.
• Review freight billing and carrier invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Lead and oversee inventory audit procedures, including cycle counts and full physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure the integrity of inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assess compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, DOT).
• Review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct safety audits to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Document audit findings in clear, concise, and objective reports for management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to mitigate risks, reduce costs, and improve performance.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure effective resolution.
• Partner with warehouse team members to support order fulfillment, meet deadlines, and maintain operational flow.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and additional tasks as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehouse and transportation processes.
• Working knowledge of inventory control procedures and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to write clear, concise, and objective reports.
• Comfortable working with team members at all levels and communicating findings professionally.
• Steel-toe boots required; safety vest and any additional personal protective equipment (PPE) are provided.

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
