COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• A guaranteed base salary for the initial three months, with the opportunity to earn up to $8,000 weekly, as demonstrated by previous earnings of the dentist.
• Receive 33% of net commissions after covering expenses and overhead costs.
• 401K plan with a 3% employer match, along with health, medical, and dental insurance benefits.

• Work in a private practice focused on general dentistry.
• Weekly schedule includes two 10-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts.
• No on-call duties and no weekend work required.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including composite fillings, ceramic crowns, dental bridges, extractions, bone augmentation, implants, root canals, and dentures.
• Provide partial dentures, overdentures, treatment for obstructive sleep apnea, and occlusal night guards.
• Serve in an underserved area to deliver high-quality dental care.

• Open to both new graduates and seasoned professionals.
• Must have completed training as a DDS or DMD.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a dentist license in New York.
