• $18/hour while on assignment - $20/hour upon permanent hire

Training:

• First 2 weeks: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Week 1: Classroom training
• Week 2: On-the-job training
• 100% attendance is required during training
• Strong punctuality and schedule adherence are expected

Position Details:

• Temporary-to-hire opportunity
• Immediate openings available

Schedule: Must be able to accept a 8 hour shift between 8a-8p.

This is a high-energy, outbound admissions environment where you'll connect with prospective students and help guide them toward educational opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Making high-volume outbound calls using a power dialer
• Engaging prospective students and building rapport quickly
• Overcoming objections and identifying student needs
• Scheduling appointments and transferring qualified prospects
• Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and other systems
• Managing multiple systems and screens simultaneously
• Meeting daily productivity and performance goals
• Participating in weekly coaching and performance reviews
