IT Service Desk Analyst | Clearance & IAT II Certified

You will handle technical issues via phone, email, and chat, install and troubleshoot hardware and software, and log all requests in the ticketing system. A DoD Secret Clearance and IAT level II certification are required; a strong customer service mindset is essential.
