Operations Support Associate

Supporting the Care Operations team remotely, the full-time Operations Support Associate will manage data entry, monitor patient program statuses, and ensure compliance with health plans while working during Pacific Time hours. Key responsibilities Own key operational support initiatives that directly impact patient care delivery and health plan compliance Complete critical data entry from internal care systems into health plan portals, trackers, and databases with exceptional accuracy Process and monitor care management program authorizations, reauthorizations, and disenrollments to ensure patients maintain continuous access to care Required qualifications 1+ years of healthcare operations or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Strong data entry accuracy and time management skills, with a commitment to maintaining 100% accuracy in all submissions Comfort navigating technology platforms such as Google Suite, Slack, and data management tools Reliable, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a stable internet connection
