ICF seeks a Health Specialist to support the Office of Head Start Service Area IV Training and Technical Assistance contract. The Health Specialist acts as a liaison between the OHS and national centers, providing expertise on comprehensive health services for birth to five across diverse settings.

The role is home-based with travel; a BA/BS in public health or related field and 3+ years in health services for early childhood programs are required, including trauma-informed experience.
