Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Oncology RN for an 8-week travel assignment requiring OCN certification and a KS or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Oncology unit assignment
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 8-week contract length

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Oncology nursing experience required
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to oncology patients including chemotherapy administration
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
